HOA Board Certification Training Classes

This is the HOA Board Certification Training Class approved and required by the State of Florida under Florida Statute 723. HOA Board Certification Classes for FS-723 Communities are held via Zoom. 

The FMO offers two options for registration:

MEMBERS
Digital Course Materials $30
Printed Course Materials $45

NON-MEMBERS
Digital Course Materials $40
Printed Course Materials $60

The digital course materials are in a PDF format and can easily be printed at home or your local office supply store at a lesser cost. 

*Please Note* 

• If you choose to use the Park Representative registration code to attend a training session, you are not eligible to receive the Certificate of Completion or purchase the printed materials. 
• If you choose to mail the registration, we must receive and process the registration and payment by the deadlines posted to guarantee you will receive a copy of the printed materials and have access to the course, if that option is selected.
• Refunds are not permitted

You can also download this form and mail it to the office. 

**If you choose to mail in a paper registration, please mail the form no less than three weeks before the training date. If we have not received your mailed registration form before the registration deadline, we cannot register you for that training date.
