HOA Board Certification Training Classes

This is the HOA Board Certification Training Class approved and required by the State of Florida under Florida Statute 723. HOA Board Certification Classes for FS-723 Communities are held via zoom. 

The FMO offers two options for registration:

MEMBERS
Digital Course Materials $30
Printed Course Materials $40

NON-MEMBERS
Digital Course Materials $35
Printed Course Materials $45

*Please Note* If you choose to use the Park Representative registration code to attend a training session, you are not eligible to receive the Certificate of Completion, or purchase the printed materials. 

You can also download this form and mail it to the office. 
*Please Note* If you choose to mail the registration, we must receive and process the registration and payment by the deadlines indicated below to guarantee you will receive a copy of the printed materials if that option is selected.
