That’s right! We are kicking off the new year with a luncheon plus a chance to learn how an HOA works, and what you can do to make it more effective.

We will be walking attendees through a self-certification session at no cost. Bring your brain, a copy of FS-723, and the FMO Training Manual if you have one.

This will be a chance to ask questions and learn how to make your HOA more productive, effective and fun for your residents.

The meeting will be held at Gulfstream Harbor MHP, 4505 Old Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822,  starting at 9:00 am, have a break for lunch at about 11:00 a.m., and end by 1:00 p.m. ET.
